Estimate Confirmation: This is an initial estimate. We will contact you to finalize your appointment details. Hourly Rate: We charge $40 per person per hour with a minimum of 3 hours required. We typically work in teams of two, but occasionally, you may have a single technician. Additional Services: Pricing does not include extras (e.g., basements, inside fridge, etc.). We do not hand wash dishes. Supplies and Equipment: We provide all necessary supplies and equipment for the cleaning service. Insurance: We are fully insured for your peace of mind. Deposit Policy: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Rescheduling: To reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours cannot be accommodated. If you need to reschedule after the 48-hour window, you will need to pay another non-refundable deposit. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel on the day of the cleaning, an additional 50% fee will be charged, totaling 75% of the scheduled cleaning cost. Refund Policy: No monetary refunds are provided. Final Inspection: All cleanings must be inspected before our team leaves the premises. We do not offer re-cleaning services. By booking with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
