Terms and Conditions

By booking a service with Fresh Air Cleaning Services, you agree to the following terms: All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made the day before the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations will be charged 75% of the service fee. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. While we take great care in our work, Fresh Air Cleaning Services is not liable for pre-existing damages or conditions within your property. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide safe and reasonable access to the premises. By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
